Pay: $2848/week

Completion Bonus: $2150 per contract (up to $6450 after three contracts)

Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking a licensed Psychologist (PSY) for an 8-week travel assignment in York, PA. This daytime role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours within the facility’s operating window.

The psychologist will work as part of an interdisciplinary behavioral health team alongside a psychiatrist and counselors/social workers, supporting the mental health needs of an incarcerated population in a structured correctional healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, evaluations, and therapeutic services

• Manage and support a shared patient caseload in collaboration with psychiatry and counseling staff

• Deliver individual mental health counseling and treatment planning

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

• Support patient safety, ethical care, and professional best practices

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist eligible to practice in Pennsylvania

• Minimum 1+ year of experience required

• Experience in correctional, forensic, or institutional settings preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
