Pay: $2,212.00/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Dietitian for a travel assignment in Memphis, Tennessee, at a nationally recognized Children’s Hospital and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center.

This role supports pediatric patients across a hospital-based dietary services department, providing clinical nutrition assessments, individualized care planning, and therapeutic nutrition interventions. The Pediatric Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support the nutritional needs of infants, children, and adolescents across a variety of medical conditions.

This position is ideal for clinicians with strong pediatric experience who are passionate about improving outcomes through evidence-based nutritional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments for pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy for acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Educate patients and families on nutrition plans and dietary needs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Support hospital dietary services and nutrition programs.

Qualifications

  • Active Tennessee Dietitian license (pending TN license accepted at submission).
  • Pediatrics experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric dietitian experience preferred.
  • First-time travelers accepted with recent pediatric specialty experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
  • Must meet physical and clinical demands of the role.
  • Driver’s license must be included with submission.
