Pay: $2,102.40/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) with telemetry experience for a travel assignment in Galion, Ohio. This role supports a dynamic, multi-campus healthcare system and requires strong clinical skills, flexibility, and the ability to float across facilities as needed.

The RN will provide comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care, manage complex patient populations, monitor cardiac rhythms, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. This position requires high adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and prior travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias.
• Manage oxygen therapy, non-invasive airway support, and peripheral line care.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
• Respond to rapid response and code team activations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Float to all campuses as needed (Galion, Ontario, Bucyrus).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Support unit policies, patient safety standards, and care protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or compact license (pending licenses not accepted).
• Minimum 2 years recent and continuous Med Surg experience.
• Travel experience required (no first-time travelers).
• Telemetry experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Must be willing to float to all campuses.
• Must meet physical and clinical demands of the role.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
