MRI Technologist – Radiology / Cardiology - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Pay: $2,464.20/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) 

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our Radiology and Cardiology team. The MRI Tech will perform high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures, ensuring accurate diagnostic results while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images for radiology and cardiology studies.
• Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process and addressing concerns.
• Position patients and select appropriate imaging protocols based on physician orders.
• Monitor patients during scans and ensure adherence to safety standards, including screening for contraindications.
• Collaborate with radiologists and cardiologists to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Document procedures and maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Licensure/Certification: ARRT (MR) certification required; state licensure as applicable.
• Experience: Previous MRI experience preferred; cardiac MRI experience is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
