Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Shift: 3x12 Days
Pay: $2,035.80/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) 

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU or other high-acuity settings, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in critical care units, including monitoring vital signs and managing complex medical conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Operate and monitor advanced life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
• Assess patient status continuously and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and provide emotional support during critical situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all hospital policies, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of critical care or ICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
