Pay: $2,672/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Surgical Services team at a healthcare facility in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The Clinical Nurse I–IV provides comprehensive perioperative nursing care, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient treatment consistent with the facility’s mission and standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care according to age-specific needs in the surgical setting.

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field; assist physicians during procedures.

• Administer and monitor medications and anesthesia-related interventions as ordered.

• Ensure compliance with infection-control and safety protocols.

• Provide clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and staff.

• Serve as charge nurse during assigned on-call shifts as needed.

• Float to other perioperative or patient-care departments as required.

Qualifications

License:

• Current New Mexico RN License or Compact State License

Certifications (AHA only):

• BLS (required)

• ACLS (required)

Experience:

• Previous Operating Room or Perioperative RN experience preferred

• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
