Pay: $2,161.80/week + $2,500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Position Overview

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Springfield, TN. This role offers competitive weekly pay, completion bonuses, and full benefits. The L&D nurse will provide comprehensive care for patients through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum, ensuring the highest standard of maternal and neonatal health.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.

• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, including continuous fetal monitoring.

• Administer medications and manage epidural and IV therapy as ordered.

• Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries and emergency obstetric procedures.

• Support and educate patients and families throughout the childbirth process.

• Maintain accurate, detailed records in accordance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility.

• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.

• Minimum 1 year of recent Level II Labor & Delivery experience required.

• Postpartum experience required.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
