Pay: $2,255.40/week + $2,500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Position Overview

ATC Healthcare is seeking a versatile and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg/ED/Swing position at a Critical Access Hospital in Missouri Valley, IA. This travel contract offers competitive weekly pay, completion bonuses, and full benefits. The RN will provide high-quality patient care across multiple departments, including medical-surgical and emergency settings, ensuring continuity and excellence in rural healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in both medical-surgical and emergency settings.

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Triage and respond to emergency situations in accordance with hospital protocols.

• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Float between Med Surg, ED, and Swing Bed units as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state eligibility.

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.

• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (ER or Med Surg experience strongly preferred).

• Strong multitasking, assessment, and critical thinking abilities.

• Comfortable working in a rural or critical access hospital environment.
