Pay: $2,228.40/week + $2,500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Position Overview

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in San Antonio, TX. This position offers competitive weekly pay, completion bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. The L&D nurse will provide high-quality care to patients throughout the labor, delivery, and recovery process while ensuring safety and comfort for both mother and baby.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.

• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, including continuous fetal monitoring.

• Administer medications, IV therapy, and epidurals as ordered.

• Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries and obstetric procedures.

• Educate and support patients and families throughout childbirth and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to hospital standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state eligibility.

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience.

• Proficiency in fetal monitoring and labor support.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
