Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Perioperative Registered Nurse (RN) capable of excelling in both the Operating Room (OR) as a Circulator and in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). • Provide immediate, intensive post-operative care for patients recovering from anesthesia. Monitor for potential complications (e.g., respiratory depression, hemorrhage, unstable vital signs), manage pain, and facilitate the patient's safe transition to the next level of care.
  • Proficiently perform rapid patient assessment, administer and titrate pain and cardiac medications, manage airways, and handle emergency interventions in both the OR and PACU settings.
  • Coordinate patient care effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and floor nurses to ensure a seamless and safe handoff.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Washington.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent, specialized experience in either the OR (Circulating) or PACU. Experience in both areas is strongly preferred.
