Job Summary

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in healthcare facilities while working closely with nurses and other medical professionals to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

• Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort while ensuring dignity and respect

• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

• Maintain clean and safe patient environments

• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
