About the Role:

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide temporary, full-time speech and language therapy services to students across multiple school locations. This position covers an employee on leave and offers a meaningful opportunity to work within a collaborative educational environment supporting students’ communication needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to eligible students as outlined in each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Child Study Team members, case managers, and classroom teachers to support student development.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication regarding student progress.

• Work under the supervision of the Director of Special Services or their designee.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

• Coverage may be structured through multiple full-day or half-day assignments to ensure all scheduled services are delivered weekly across the three buildings.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

• Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Specialist Certificate or eligibility to obtain one.

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
