Compensation: Competitive pay of $60-80K, OTE of $120-150K. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and 15 days paid vacation
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8am to 5pm M-F

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a strong background in healthcare staffing sales. This high-visibility position requires immediate impact by leveraging your existing networks to meet client demands and drive placements.
You will be compensated for your ability to identify opportunities for expansion, actively engage in the recruitment and placement of high-caliber candidates, and for delivering measurable results that set us apart in the industry.
What you will do:
- Own and grow the Texas market—selling to new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving staffing placements through proactive sales and meaningful relationship management.
- Oversee the full staffing lifecycle, partnering with the recruitment team to source and confirm qualified clinicians such as doctors, nurses, and clinicians, to meet client demands.
- Proactively market qualified doctors and clinicians to both prospective and existing clients to drive placements.
- Utilize sharp negotiation, networking, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive business success
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-up, personalized service, and effective problem-solving to meet client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry and stay informed about current and emerging market trends, compliance, competitive landscape, pay and bill rates, and organizational changes to adapt strategies accordingly
What we are Looking for:
- You are an expert closer who can sell, grow, and retain business in the ever-changing healthcare market.
- Operational success working in an agency setting, collaborating across teams, leading with enthusiasm, integrity, and a people-first mindset.
- A minimum of 3 years proving your success in healthcare staffing sales, recruiting, and account management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
