Job Summary

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will assist nursing staff in delivering direct patient care and support services, helping ensure comfort, safety, and quality care for patients. PCTs play an essential role in maintaining patient wellbeing and facilitating smooth clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, etc.).

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).

• Assist with patient transport and repositioning.

• Maintain patient comfort and safety.

• Support nurses with clinical and non-clinical tasks.

• Communicate patient concerns to nursing staff.
  (Tailor as needed.)

Qualifications

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED (REQUIRED)
• *REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
•  BLS, PCT CERT VIA NHA, & ONE 
•  DE-ESCALATION TRAINING CERTIFICATIONS: CPI, MOAB, HANDLE WITH CARE, TRUST TRAINING, OR PREVENTING AND MANAGING CRISIS SITUATIONS 
•  MUST HAVE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE
