Front Desk Receptionist

ATC Healthcare has an immediate need for a  Front Desk Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Nassau County!

SHIFT: 11a-7p Tuesday - Saturday

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience as a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, preferably in a Medical Office a plus
• Must be flexible
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Customer service experience in a public facing role preferred
• Computer skills with emphasis on accuracy of patient demographic information
• Proficiency with various Microsoft Windows products and Medical systems
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
• Strong multi-tasking, planning, organization and execution skill and the ability to work independently as well as a lead a team within the department

Key Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• As first impressions are lasting, it is imperative that our personnel portray patience, understanding and professionalism
• Greets and registers visitors
• Answers and appropriately triages phone calls
• Printing, scanning, and faxing reports
• Other front desk responsibilities as assigned
