Description of the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Drivers to join our team at ATC Nassau County. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting  passengers to their destinations. Full-time and Part-time needs. 

Responsibilities

• Operate various vehicles, including cars and vans, to transport goods and passengers
• Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of passengers
• Load and unload cargo as required
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle
• Complete all required training and attend staff meetings.
• Complete incident reports as necessary

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a driver
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to lift heavy objects and load/unload cargo
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with special needs students
