Pediatric LPN – Trach/Vent Experience Required
Location: Voorhees, NJ
Pay: $38/hr Weekdays | $40/hr Weekends

A pediatric long-term care facility in Voorhees, NJ is seeking experienced, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care for children and young adults with complex medical needs. This is a meaningful role where you will make an impact daily.

Please Note: Pediatric experience and hands-on trach/vent experience are required for this position.

Shifts Available:

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Short Shift)

Paid orientation and training are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care including feeding, bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance

• Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition

• Support care plans and collaborate with the clinical team

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment

• Provide skilled care to patients with tracheotomies and ventilators

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Hands-on Trach and Vent experience

• Pediatric care experience preferred/required

• BLS Certification

• Physical

• TB Screening (2-Step PPD or QuantiFERON Gold)

• MMR Titers

• COVID Vaccine Card

• Flu Vaccine (In Season)
