- Hourly Rate: Local - $37/hr; Travel - $40/hr
- Weekly Rate: $1,332 - $1,440/Shift

- Shift: Nights 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- Shift Note: Nights, Weekends/Holiday and Floating Required as Needed
- Req: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and Active LPN License
- Flu Vaccine Required
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 Year LPN Experience Required
- MS/Tele and LTAC Experience Required
- Cerner Charting System Required
