ATC Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our W2 team and provide rehabilitative care in Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facilities throughout the Las Vegas area.

Job Responsibilities
Under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist and in accordance with physician orders, the COTA:
-
Implements the rehabilitative plan of care
-
Provides therapeutic exercises, self-care training, and activity-based interventions
-
Supports patients in improving independence, mobility, and functional outcomes
-
Documents care accurately and completely
-
Communicates effectively with facility staff and therapy teams
-
Maintains patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
-
Adheres to ATC and facility-specific policies
-
Practices within OTA scope and AOTA ethical standards
-
Participates in continuing education as required
Other related duties may be assigned based on patient and facility needs.
Qualifications
Education
-
Graduate of an accredited OTA program (Associate’s degree)
Licensure
-
Current, active OTA license in the state of practice
Experience
-
Minimum 1 year of OTA experience in a clinical or skilled nursing setting
Credentials
-
Current CPR certification
-
Health screenings and compliance requirements per facility/state
Work Environment

May involve exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious materials
