In-Home Assessment Specialist (PRN) — Central Indiana
$40 per completed assessment + mileage

Pay

• $40 for every completed assessment / home visit
• Mileage at the current IRS business rate ($0.76/mile)
• Paid training before you take visits
• Weekly pay available

Schedule

• 100% PRN — no minimum hours
• Pick up as few or as many visits as you want
• Most visits daytime, Monday–Friday

What you’ll do

• Drive to assigned homes in the Indianapolis metro and surrounding counties
• Complete home orientations and required paperwork
• Assess ADLs/IADLs, the home environment, and caregiver fit
• Train the family or designated caregiver on the plan of care
• Complete follow-up / supervisory visits as assigned
• Enter notes the same day

Requirements

• CNA, QMA, HHA, LPN, RN, or solid home-care / senior-care experience
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle
• Comfortable in client homes and with paperwork
• Smartphone or tablet for documentation
• Must pass a background check

Currently looking for 4 candidates. Specifically one in Muncie or surrounding areas, one in or around Terre Haute and 2 in the Indianapolis area.
