CareBuilders at Home is the specialized home care division of ATC Healthcare Services, a national leader in healthcare staffing providing "around-the-clock" support since 1985. We provide non-medical personal care, companionship, and wellness services that ensure client safety, promote independence, and improve the quality of life for seniors and people with disabilities wherever they call home.

We are seeking a Senior Vice President who is more than an operator—you are a Market Catalyst. Reporting to the President, you are the primary architect responsible for scaling our brand into a national leader. This is a high momentum role to translate enterprise strategy into explosive, responsible franchise expansion while owning market visibility and franchisee confidence. Your goal is to build a high-performing franchise ecosystem where profitability and purpose are perfectly aligned, driving new unit velocity and ensuring every location reflects our gold standard for care and operational excellence.

What Success Looks Like (18–36 Months):

  • You have built a repeatable engine that has significantly increased and successfully launched locations.
  • The brand is established as the most recognizable and trusted home care leader in priority markets.
  • Built a repeatable growth engine with predictable launch timelines and early ramp success
  • Created strong franchisee belief in the brand proposition and support model
  • Strengthened unit‑level revenue growth without sacrificing values, compliance, or care quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the growth outcomes for the brand, from geographic prioritization to accelerating the "award-to-first-revenue" pipeline.
  • Serve as the primary evangelist, ensuring clear positioning and high-impact local outreach that helps franchisees win in their communities.
  • Build an operating model that balances speed with discipline, implementing performance rhythms that accelerate high-performers and quickly support those lagging behind.
  • Partner with Finance and Ops to ensure expansion translates into healthy margins, sustainable caregiver pipelines, and long-term location value.
  • Model a culture where franchise owners feel both supported and challenged to meet high standards of care and ethics.
  • Lead and inspire the cross-functional support organization (Marketing, Training, Ops) to ensure they are structured to scale with growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven senior leadership in franchising or multi-unit services. Direct experience in home care or senior services is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling unit growth, increasing brand visibility, and managing distributed owner/operator networks.
  • Deep proficiency in building scalable systems that translate strategy into healthy unit-level economics and sustainable caregiver pipelines.
  • You possess the "big picture" perspective to navigate market trends with the discipline to execute the "how" through clear, actionable roadmaps.
  • You thrive in high-growth environments but maintain a fundamental respect for people-first cultures, ensuring growth never compromises caregiver dignity or care quality.
  • Proven ability to partner with executive leadership to align enterprise strategy with franchise-level execution and brand leadership.
