ATC Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Stepdown with a minimum of 2 years of experience for immediate hire to join our warm, safe, and friendly team.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at ATC Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of patients in various healthcare settings. Your expertise will be essential in providing support and meeting the needs of patients across diverse assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Perform necessary procedures such as suturing when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR and TB Certifications.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, patient care, and nursing best practices.
• Experience in primary care or specialized areas such as laboratory or memory care is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Ability to assess patient conditions accurately and respond appropriately to emergencies.
