Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel contract assignment at Saint Helens Post Acute. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and experienced in skilled nursing or long-term care settings. You will be a key part of the patient care team, helping to deliver top-quality clinical and emotional support to residents.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Contract Type: Travel Assignment

  • Shifts Available: DAY, EVENING, and NOC (overnight)

  • Weekly Pay: $1,360

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding

  • Take and record vital signs accurately

  • Report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff

  • Support nursing staff with patient care and clinical duties as needed

  • Promote a safe, clean, and positive environment for all residents

Requirements:

  • Active CNA Certification (State of Oregon or compact eligible)

  • BLS Certification – current

  • CPR Certification – current

  • COVID-19 Vaccination – fully vaccinated

  • Recent PPD Test (within 1 year) or clear Chest X-ray

  • Clear criminal background check

  • Negative drug screening
