Job Type: 13-Week Contract

Pay: $45-46/hour depending on experience and unit worked

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at ATC Healthcare. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals and nursing facilities. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care with compassion and professionalism.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in health status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in acute care or home care settings preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
