Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Operating Room to join our team at ATC Healthcare. This role is crucial in ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality care during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will work in various medical facilities, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons during operations by providing necessary instruments and support.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition during surgery.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Document all nursing actions and patient responses accurately in medical records.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• ACLS, BLS certifications
• Experience in an operating room setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practices.
• Proficient in medical terminology and infection control practices.
• Ability to perform spinal taps and catheterization as needed.
