What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up sterile surgical environments and prep equipment

• Assist during a wide range of surgical procedures

• Support patient positioning and pre/post-operative setup

• Manage surgical instruments and supplies

• Follow infection control protocols and confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited program

• 2–3+ years of OR experience in general, ortho, neuro, cardiac, OB/GYN, or trauma surgeries

• Strong communicator and team collaborator

• Adaptable and dependable in dynamic clinical settings

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Assignment Details:

• Facility Types: Outpatient surgery centers and specialty surgical clinics

• Floating: May include Main OR or procedure-specific suites

• On-Call: Rotating call availability may be required

Sample Procedures You May Assist With:

• Cardiac & Vascular: CABG, valve replacements, AV fistulas

• General & Laparoscopic Surgery

• Orthopedic & Neurosurgery

• OB/GYN, Plastics, Trauma Cases
