We are looking for passionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our team. This is a W-2 position – NOT a 1099 – meaning you’ll enjoy the security and benefits of full employment with our staffing agency. You'll work in a variety of healthcare settings, including skilled nursing and rehab facilities, while making a direct impact on patients’ lives by helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Your Role as a Physical Therapist (P.T.):

Direct Patient Care: Develop, implement, and re-evaluate patients’ plans of care, helping them improve major motor skills.

Collaborative Care: Work with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to support patients’ rehabilitation goals.

Document Services: Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Evaluate and Establish Goals: Assess patients’ current abilities, set measurable goals, and track progress over time.

Patient Discharge Planning: Assist in planning for patient discharge and provide instructions for continued care.

Ongoing Education: Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
What You’ll Bring:

Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school recognized by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A.

Licensure: Active, unrestricted physical therapy license in Nevada.

Experience: At least one year of physical therapy experience, with preference for experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.

Certifications: Current CPR certification as required by client facilities.

Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical assessments and provide hands-on care to patients.
