Job Summary

ATC Healthcare is excited to welcome a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to Behavioral Unit team in Danville, KY. As a vital part of team, you will ensure the safe, effective, and efficient care of patients in a 16-bed unit. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role will involve using innovative therapeutic methods, including personalized counseling and engaging social programs, to create meaningful and positive changes in the lives of individuals facing behavioral and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

• Client Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify clients' needs and support options that best address their specific situations.
• Personalized Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Community Resource Coordination: Connect clients with community resources and services that can support their growth and well-being.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to client services.
• Client Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess clients' progress to ensure their needs are being met effectively.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments, services, and client interactions.
• Therapeutic Counseling: Provide compassionate talk therapy to help clients manage and overcome their behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations, providing the necessary support and intervention.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-year experience required.
• First-time Travelers: Yes
• Certifications/License: Must be fully licensed as LCSW
• MUST HAVE ADULT & GERIATRIC EXP
• Charting: EPIC
• On-Call: No
• Weekend Requirement: Yes
• COVID & FLU: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Locals allowed: Requires that your permanent residence is more than 40 miles from location
• RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission
