Job Description 

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (RRT) for Radiology/Cardiology Unit assignment in El Paso, TX

 

The REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (RRT) is a qualified professional who explain medical procedures to the patient and answer questions, follow safety procedures to protect themselves and the patient from unnecessary radiation exposure.  REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (RRT) prepares radioactive drugs and administer them to the patient, maintain and operate imaging equipment, keep detailed records of procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced respiratory care, including therapeutic interventions and ventilator management.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to healthcare safety and compliance standards.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 years of experience (Required), neonatal and pediatric experience
  • Certifications:  BLS ACLS certifications (AHA preferred), Active RRT certification and state licensure.
  • COVID: Required, Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

  • Locals allowed: No

  • Weekend Requirement: Yes
  • RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.

 

Shifts & Scheduling

  • Shift: Day Shift (3x12) or Night Shift (3x12), 13-week contract
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week.
  • Weekend Requirement: 
  • RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be submitted at the time of application.
  • PAY Rate: $2340 per week
