Pay Rate: Competitive Pay – $1,836 Weekly

Schedule: Night Shift - 36 hours per week (3 days, 12-hour shifts)

Registered Nurse - Medical & Surgical / Contract Position

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical & Surgical care to join a dedicated team in Amarillo, TX. Job Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in Texas (or compact state)
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Medical & Surgical nursing experience
• Documentation System: Experience with EPIC required
• Travel: First-time travelers are accepted
• Scrub Requirements: Any color, no logos

Responsibilities:

• Patient Ratios: 1:6 ratio, ensuring optimal patient care
• Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to units of equal or lesser acuity as needed
• Unit Details: 10-bed unit
• Block Scheduling: Available on a case-by-case basis
• Daily Responsibilities: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to care for a diverse patient population in a supportive environment. Primary duties include monitoring patients, administering medications, assisting in procedures, documenting care, and collaborating with healthcare staff.
