Your Responsibilities as an LPN/LVN

• Direct Patient Care: Administer nursing care per individualized plans, including wound care, injections, and vital sign monitoring.

• Medication Administration: Prepare and deliver prescribed medications while observing patient responses.

• Daily Living Assistance: Help patients with activities of daily living, such as mobility, hygiene, and feeding.

• Record Maintenance: Document care accurately and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy.

• Collaborative Care: Work closely with RNs, physicians, and healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications You Bring

• Education: Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program.

• Licensure: Current and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in Nevada.

• Experience: At least one year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

• Certification: Active CPR certification and completion of required health screenings (e.g., TB test).

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs, move medical equipment, and assist with patient mobility.
