Your Role:
As a Healthcare Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in growing our business by forging relationships, identifying new opportunities, and bringing in clients who can benefit from our staffing services. Your strong healthcare background and network will be essential in driving our business forward!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders in the healthcare field.
• Identify Opportunities: Research potential clients and trends within the healthcare industry to expand our network and market share.
• Promote Our Services: Present our staffing solutions to clients, showcasing how we can help improve their workforce and patient care.
• Close Deals: Lead negotiations, close contracts, and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to create tailored staffing solutions for clients.
• Report and Track: Maintain detailed reports of your sales activities and progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Healthcare Business Development: You have a proven track record of sales or business development in the healthcare industry.
• Local Network: You have established relationships and contacts in Las Vegas' healthcare market.
• Strong Communication Skills: You know how to connect with people, build rapport, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Self-Motivation: You’re driven, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team effort.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using CRM software and MS Office Suite to track progress and manage relationships.
