Your Role as a CNA at ATC Healthcare Las Vegas:

As a CNA with ATC Healthcare, you will be at the heart of patient care, providing essential services to patients across a variety of healthcare settings. Every day, you’ll make a difference in the lives of those you care for, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities while maintaining their comfort and dignity.
• Health Monitoring: Accurately record vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team to ensure the best patient care.
• Communication: Effectively document care details and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Compassionate Care: Provide patient-centered support with kindness, respect, and empathy.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with state requirements and industry best practices to provide the highest level of care.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Certification: Active CNA license through a state-approved nursing program.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a healthcare setting, eager to apply your skills in a new and rewarding environment.
• Flexibility: Availability to work up to 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts.
• Certifications: Current CPR, TB (2-Step, Quantiferon, or CXR), and other required health screenings.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to assist with patient transfers, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
