Healthcare Sales and Business Development Manager

ATC Healthcare of Northeast New Jersey is seeking a dynamic and driven Healthcare Sales and Business Development Representative. This is a commission eligible, Part-time/Full-time position requiring 90% travel. This position will require travelling to Doctor's offices, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and other healthcare Facilities throughout the assigned territories each day.

As traveling throughout the applicable territory is mandatory, a valid Driver's License is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with Doctor's offices, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and other healthcare Facilities throughout the territory.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Work on submitting bids and contracts in schools and Government organisations.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
• Territories to cover: Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Passiac and Morris Counties of NJ.

 Requirements:

• 1 to 2+ years of work experience in sales and/or business development or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and New Jersey market is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Drivers License
• Road Warrior
