Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse-Labor and Delivery to join our team at ATC Healthcare. As an RN Labor and Delivery nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to mothers and their newborns during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Assessing: Continuously monitor the mother's vital signs, fetal heart rate, and labor progress to ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and baby .
• Supporting and Educating: Offer emotional support, pain management techniques, and education to mothers and their families throughout the birthing process .
• Assisting with Delivery: Aid in medical procedures during delivery, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and promptly addressing any complications or emergencies.
• Postpartum Care: Provide care and education to mothers after delivery, including pain management, infection prevention, and breastfeeding support

Requirements

• At least 2-year experience in the above field.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Active BLS/CPR and TB certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in high-stress environments and handle emergencies.
• Compassionate patient care and advocacy.
