Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at ATC Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in diverse settings. This position offers flexibility with per diem, contract, and travel assignments tailored to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Perform specimen collection and processing as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient care practices and medical-surgical nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications preferred.
• Experience in infant care or ophthalmology is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
