Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to join our dedicated team at ATC Healthcare. This role is essential in monitoring patients' vital signs and ensuring their safety and comfort during their stay in telemetry units. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care while working with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Assist with catheter care and other acute care procedures as needed.
• Participate in case management activities to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• ACLS, BLS/CPR and TB certifications
• Experience in telemetry or acute care nursing preferred.
• Strong skills in medical documentation and patient assessment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
