Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse - ICU to join our team at ATC Healthcare. This position is crucial for delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients in intensive care units. You will play an essential role in patient assessment, monitoring, and implementing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Active BLS and CPR certifications.
• 2 years Neuro ICU experience with travel
• OR 3 years Neuro ICU experience with no travel requirement
• First times not accepted (can be considered if they have 3 years recent experience)
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility, locals not accepted (100 mile radius rule)
• Not accepted (all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines, Compact or TN License at time of submittal)
• Not open to accommodating block schedule (weekend block may be considered)
• All RTO must be included at time of submission
