What You'll Do:

• Perform service and repairs according to repair orders with efficiency and precision

• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of any additional service needs and timing

• Complete warranty work in accordance with manufacturer specifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Ford Certified Technician

• 1+ year(s) of service technician experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience at a Ford or Lincoln dealership is a plus

• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level or higher qualifications)

• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and repair procedures

• Detail-oriented with great hand-eye coordination

• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills

• Friendly, positive, and eager to grow

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
