What You’ll Do

• Help Residents Thrive: Assist with dressing, bathing, meals, mobility, and other daily needs while encouraging as much independence as possible.

• Make Someone’s Day: Bring conversation, laughter, encouragement, and a little extra fun into everyday moments.

• Notice the Little Things: Pay attention to changes in residents’ well-being and communicate concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.

• Protect Their Dignity: Provide personal care with patience, compassion, respect, and kindness every single time.

• Keep Residents Connected: Encourage participation in activities, conversations, and experiences that bring purpose and enjoyment to their day.

• Have Each Other’s Back: Work closely with your coworkers and families to make sure residents receive personalized, consistent care.

• Bring the Good Energy: Help create a welcoming environment where residents feel at home and team members enjoy coming to work.

• A Willingness to Learn: Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but it’s not required. We’ll provide training!
