 What we ask of you: 

• Provide a memorable dining experience for our customers every day!
• Assure that high-quality products come out of the kitchen every meal.
• Build positive relationships with family members, residents, and staff by learning their preferences and desires.
• Help make our community a true home for residents where they have a choice in their experience.
• Creative and think outside the box when hosting events, whether internal or external.
• Mentor, coach, and train dining staff to provide an incredible dining experience.
• An exceptional leader – leads by example and gets in the trenches when it’s required.
• Professional cooking/kitchen experience
• Hands-on with the actual food preparation at least 4 days/week.
• A clean driving record to allow you to drive a company vehicle.
• Live our values - be professional, show commitment, integrity, and compassion to both residents and your coworkers.   
• Willing to learn and be coached by our experienced leaders.

• Experience leading & managing a team of people
• Several years of experience overseeing dining operations
