What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles
• Complete work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional service opportunities
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred
• Ford or Lincoln certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
