Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Position Summary:
The Admin Assistant is responsible for maintaining compliance and coordinating of all telephone calls.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

Communicates effectively on the telephone with patients, families and staff.

Answer the telephone and assist callers to ensure we “close the loop” with all clients and caregivers inquiries.

Manages incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail.
- Monitor caregiver files for compliance and proactively update credentials, certifications, and required documentation as necessary.
- Notifies supervisor of issues requiring higher- level resolution.

Complies with all applicable Policies and Procedures.

Performs other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:

Must be a high school graduate. Some college or business schools are a plus.

Exceptional telephone communication skills.

Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with both internal and external customers.

Ability to communicate effectively with elderly individuals and with para-professional caregivers.
- Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and critical thinking skills.

Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and Excel applications and Google Suite.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.

Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
