Description of the Role:

The Bell Attendant at Arlo Chicago plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to guests during their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements and luggage storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with Chicago area attractions and transportation.
