Description of the Role:

As the Director of Finance at Arlo Chicago, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including budget management, financial reporting, and strategic planning. You will work closely with the executive team to drive financial growth and ensure the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
• Preparing financial reports and statements
• Monitoring cash flow and financial performance
• Analyzing financial data and providing insights to senior management
• Managing the budgeting process and forecasting financial results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a finance leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
