Apprentice Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of engineering equipment and systems
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes
• Document work activities and prepare reports as required
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
• Continuously learn and develop new engineering skills through training and on-the-job experience

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and techniques
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in Chicago, IL with reliable transportation
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Overnight/PM Shift
•  Holidays and weekends
