Responsibilities
- Restock and maintain minibar items in guestrooms, ensuring accuracy and freshness.
- Perform daily inspections to identify and report any damaged or missing items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas.
- Assist with inventory control by recording consumption and reporting discrepancies.
- Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to requests related to minibar services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
