Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and customer preferences.
- Take food and drink orders, accurately input them into the POS system, and deliver items promptly.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a bartender or serving preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to serve alcohol in Chicago, IL.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
