About the Role

We are a large volume Toyota dealership selling 700–850 vehicles per month, looking for an experienced, hands on Automotive Sales Manager. This is a highly active leadership role — not a desk only position.

Requirements

• 5+ years Automotive Sales Manager experience
• Bilingual: English & Spanish required 
• Strong CRM skills; datadriven decision maker
• Experience in a large-volume domestic dealership preferred (will consider import experience if strong work ethics)
• Outstanding customer follow-up abilities
• Ability to work 65–70 hours/week (24–26 days/month)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
• Engage directly with customers on the floor and through CRM
• Oversee follow-up and customer communication processes
• Monitor KPIs, activity metrics, and salesperson performance
• Support salespeople in closing deals and improving productivity
