Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Perform basic maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
• Learn to diagnose and repair vehicle concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow dealership procedures and Toyota service standards.
• Continue developing technical knowledge and skills through hands-on experience and training.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or an interest in automotive repair is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Automotive school or previous mechanical experience is helpful but not required.
